TAXPAYER ADVOCATE GROUP, LLC d/b/a Xpress Real Estate Agent Program: Terms and Conditions
1.1 The Xpress Real Estate Agent Program provides Realtor members with an opportunity to leverage Xpress Tax Appeals’ proprietary technology, discounted appeal services, and automated marketing systems in order to stay top of mind with current customers and provide additional incentives for potential new customers.
1.2 These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern your Xpress Real Estate Agent Program membership and are made between you (the "Member", "you", "your"), and Xpress Tax Appeals by the Taxpayer Advocate Group. As an Xpress Real Estate Agent Program member, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Membership and Fees
2.1 To be eligible for the Xpress Real Estate Agent Program you must be a licensed realtor in the state of Illinois.
2.2 The Xpress Real Estate Agent Program membership fee is $0 as the program is a freemium service while in beta.
2.3 You may cancel your membership at any time.
3. Xpress Real Estate Agent Program Benefits
3.1 Xpress Tax Appeals will provide various services to Xpress Real Estate Agent Program members that can be utilized as Realtors see appropriate.
3.1.1 Realtor members will have full access to the Xpress Real Estate Agent Program Online Portal, a unique personalized Xpress Tax Appeals Admin Portal to be utilized for uploading client information and monitoring client properties, appeal statuses, and real estate related inquiries.
3.1.2 Realtor members and their clients will have full access to the Xpress Tax Appeals text messaging Power Code service, an intuitive SMS texting service that provides clients with immediate access to their property information, appeal status, and additional opportunities to save on property taxes.
3.1.3 Realtor members are granted permission to utilize and advertise Xpress Tax Appeals services when communicating with or marketing to current and potential clients.
3.1.4 Xpress Tax Appeals will offer discounted services to Realtor members’ clients from 50% to 33% of the first year’s savings.
18.104.22.168 No discounts are available for properties classified as condo units unless Taxpayer Advocate Group is given authorization from the condominium’s Homeowners Association to appeal the entire building. Cook County statute states that when appealing property taxes for condominiums the entire condominium must be appealed and not just single condominium units.
3.1.5 Xpress Tax Appeals will create and schedule personalized automated co-branded marketing campaigns targeted to Realtor members’ clients containing information pertinent to their property taxes.
3.1.6 Xpress Tax Appeals will offer additional referral bonuses to Realtor members’ clients according to the terms and conditions of the Xpress Tax Appeals Referral Program.
22.214.171.124 A referral will be deemed successful when a Referred Contact signs, completes, and returns their property tax appeal application to Xpress Tax Appeals. For the referral discount to be valid we must receive a signed and completed application from the Referred Contact:

188.8.131.52.2 before the Township and/or Board of Review (BOR) deadlines have passed
184.108.40.206.3 for a property that is within Cook County
3.1.7 The Referred Contact must reside in and/or own the property being appealed in order for the Referring Customer to be eligible for a referral discount.
3.1.8 Providing false property information is in violation of our terms and Xpress Tax Appeals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that knowingly provide false information.
3.1.9 Eligible referral program discounts will be disbursed to Referring Customer by the Taxpayer Advocate Group (TAG) at the end of each quarter: March 31, June 31, September 30, December 31.
220.127.116.11 If a remaining balance is due on services rendered by Xpress Tax Appeals, the Referring Customer’s discount will be subtracted from said balance with the remaining discount funds disbursed as a check to the Referring Customer.
4. Termination and Changes
4.1 Xpress Tax Appeals reserves the right to change the Xpress Real Estate Agent Program scheme, the Xpress Tax Appeals Referral Program, and discount values at any time and for any reason.
4.2 Xpress Tax Appeals reserves the right, immediately and without notice, to block, restrict, suspend, or terminate a Realtor’s membership at any time if there is evidence the account is being misused or the Xpress Real Estate Agent Program is being violated.
4.3 Xpress Tax Appeals reserves the right, immediately and without notice, to block, restrict, suspend, or terminate a Realtor client’s Referral Program membership at any time if there is evidence the account is being misused or the Xpress Tax Appeals Referral Program is being violated.
4.4 We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
